When you use our Sourcing Request service, we act as an intermediary, providing additional services such as supplier verification, quality and authenticity guarantees, and dispute resolution. Our role and responsibilities in this capacity are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited based on the service you use. When using the Direct Communication Gateway, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products, nor for any disputes that may arise between buyers and suppliers. When using the Sourcing Request Service, our liability is limited to the scope of our intermediary responsibilities as defined in our Terms & Conditions.
4. No Responsibility for Product Misuse
We are not responsible for any product misuse or for any issues arising from the use of products purchased through our platform, regardless of the service used. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and for their intended purpose.
